Times of extensive dialogue programming are long gone: with SpeechConcept’s SpeechDesigner application server, users design their telephone dialogue itself. A user friendly interface is available in their web based software. All necessary functions of voice dialogues are already available in modules. The dialogue developer selects the modules, draws them on the design interface and connects them in correct sequence. Changes are easily made and require no programming skills. The caller navigates through the telephone menu in his natural language. Thanks to a patented procedure, voice recognition is steadily improving. Speech synthesis convinces by most natural output quality. Several voice profiles are available. Established TTS-Engines can be integrated, and customized voices (so-called Corporate Voices) are also offered.

Up to now, voice controlled phone conversations could be annoying. Too poor recognition, too bad pronounciation, to the opinion of many callers. On top, domain providers were struggeling with designing sophisticated call flows: strictly predetermined sentences had to be answered with specified instructions. Alterations required substantial programming. SpeechConcept is now launching an application server to overcome these obstacles and to revolutionize the voice market. Designing individual call flows is as easy as 1,2,3: by means of a user friendly web based PC interface, all options of a phone call are defined and altered. Simple icon drag-and-drop determines the greeting with a male or female voice, the process of the call, forwarding, or any other options. Changes are just as easy and require no programming skills.
